College gets serious

Although I've been busy, it was fun! Or should I say it was fun being busy. Now I have so much to talk about.

I got my knife set last week and managed to take a few pictures of it. This set is really cool. It comes with a wine opener, 5 different types of knives and several other kitchen equipments. haha. And these knives are seriously very very sharp. I think my mom is jealous. XD

We had our first kitchen practical class last week as well but I left my camera at home. haih. Our chef was Mr Shaari, somehow I'm neutral towards him but I think he is a bit fishy. lol. He taught us how to cut. One lucky thing is we didn't have enough time to savour our cut vegetables. LOL. I actually dropped mine on the floor and put it into the pot with the rest of the other students ingredients. lol.

Next day we had restaurant. first time dressing like a waiter. It was really cool as our lecturer, Miss Sophie is fuc*ing cool weih. She points middle finger, use vulgar words but tell us not to imitate her and save the environment by not eating shark fin soup. lol.

And she made us carry 3 plates and walk round the courtyard. lol. That's seriously fun. seriously! haha. we also had to memorize different types of cutlery as well as crockery. but it was really interesting.
